1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SearchRank AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SearchRank AI provides AI search visibility monitoring. We run user-configured prompts through AI search engines, track brand mentions and citations, and deliver visibility analytics. The Service is provided "as is" and may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

SearchRank AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SearchRank AI and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your data remains yours; we do not claim ownership of the prompts or brand information you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

SearchRank AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
